By accessing the Kovesh Automations website, engaging our lead-recovery services, or filling out our onboarding documentation, you (“Client,” “You,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Kovesh Automations provides specialized lead-recovery systems, automated communication workflows, and CRM management services designed for contractors and local service businesses. We deploy proprietary automation logic to bridge the gap between missed inbound calls and lead conversion.

3. Messaging and Consent
By providing your phone number, you grant Kovesh Automations express written consent to contact you via SMS, MMS, and email. Scope of Communications: We may send appointment reminders, service notifications, account updates, and periodic promotional content related to your business growth. Opt-Out Mechanism: You retain the absolute right to opt out of any messaging channel at any time. To opt out of SMS communications, simply reply “STOP” to any text message you receive. Support: To receive assistance, reply “HELP” to any automated message. Third-Party Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your specific wireless carrier and service plan. Kovesh Automations is not responsible for any costs incurred from your wireless provider.

Not use Kovesh Automations’ systems to send unsolicited, spam, or prohibited content.The Client represents and warrants that all information provided—including, but not limited to, Legal Business Name, EIN, and business address—is accurate, current, and truthful. Kovesh Automations is not liable for registration failures, service interruptions, or legal penalties resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent information provided by the Client.

5. Intellectual Property
All software, automation workflows, snapshots, scripts, and proprietary methods provided by Kovesh Automations are the intellectual property of Kovesh Automations. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these assets solely for their internal business operations during the term of our service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability
Kovesh Automations provides lead-recovery services based on technical automation. We do not guarantee specific revenue targets or lead volume. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovesh Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising out of your use of our services, including interruptions caused by third-party telecommunications providers, carrier filtering, or software updates.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Kovesh Automations reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if the Client engages in fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violates the terms of this Agreement.

8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kovesh Automations, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of the Client’s misuse of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights, including data privacy and telecommunications laws.
